We’ve been using Crawl Space Brothers since 2022 to encapsulate our crawl space. Devin D. has been our tech the last two times and we are so happy with his service and attention to detail. Devin is a problem solver, has great disposition, patience and sense of urgency. He’s worked late on Fridays to make sure our dehumidifier is left working properly, so we appreciate his dedication. We hope he continues growing within the company and in his career.

Recently contracted with Crawl Space Brothers - Raleigh and we were delighted with the service prepared by Connor Ballance, our inspector/sales person. Connor clearly outlined each step he needed to perform in order to review the issues and then explained in detail the best remediations/services for our space without making us feel overwhelmed or taken advantage of. He was polite and very gentle with my dog who wanted to go home with him. Green flags all around!

We just had our crawl space encapsulation completed by Crawl Space Brothers, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the results. Originally, we thought we just wanted to repair the door and replace the vapor barrier. After meeting with Mike and reviewing the details, it made sense to do the complete encapsulation. We really appreciated the detailed report, photos, and clear explanation of the recommended work. We also liked having options and never feeling pressured. At the end of the day, it was our home and our decision, and that was respected. From start to finish, the entire process was clearly communicated, and everyone we worked with was incredibly professional. Houston, owner of CSB Electrical, was recommended to install the outlet for the dehumidifier, and we would absolutely use him again. Steven and his crew completed the crawl space work, and we were very pleased with their work. The new door is secure, the encapsulation looks great, and we can already tell a difference in the house. These guys work hard, take pride in their work, and made the whole experience easy. We’re already wishing we had done this sooner! Thank you again to the entire Crawl Space Brothers team!

Jeremy J is very good at what he does. He texted and called before arriving to get information about my crawl space. He answered all of my questions and showed me areas that are letting moisture in and took his time explaining different options and tiers of solutions to this problems.Jeremy is knowledgable and is also very personable. If you have questions about your crawl space and how to get it set up I would recommend him.

I asked Crawl Space Brothers to inspect the crawl space of my house. The inspector, Michael Johnston, was very professional. First of all he handed me a paper listing all of the improvements that are legally required when a crawl space was encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed. He had another paper that listed the benefits. With other inspectors, I had to ask a lot of questions to gain a better understanding of requirements and benefits. While we talked, he drew up a plan of the house on his computer, with the current locations of the crawl space entry and vents, and the future location of the dehumidifier, sump pump, and hoses. Basically he was preparing the permit request to submit to the city government. I presented him with two previous inspections and proposals, and on his computer he drew up a three column table comparing all three, with pros and cons. And he answered all my questions satisfactorily. It was quite impressive and professional.

I had called Crawl Space Brothers in Nashville, TN to come analyze a long overdue issue in my crawl space. Have lived in my home over 20 years..and the "original " part was from the 1950's..animals, shoddy plumbing, and lots of moisture/water had left my crawl space in a horrible condition! ( as a person can imagine!). Mike Goodman was the analyst that came out. He spent a full hour thoroughly examining every square inch, documenting his findings, took accurate readings of both moisture and humidity levels at the current time. Upon reaching back on ground..he went over a vast portfolio of pictures. My jaw dropped at what I saw. Mike Goodman went over how Crawl Space Brothers can tackle every problem with ease and professionalism at every part of the process. My crawl space requires a sump pump & dehumidifier..plus all the good as gold encapsulation. Prior to this job being started..I have called Mike to ask further questions..he is very easy to reach..a big plus! He also came to repair an existing plumbing issue....before their job is started. That was above and beyond...very appreciative for his speedy help in that matter. This company is Top Notch. Excellent Professionalism. And for a company to ease my mind..they have done just that!! Really excited for my new clean legit crawlspace...and it's all updated to today's modern standards. Big Thanks To Mike Goodman with Crawl Space Brothers 🙌. We had some issues that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. Jeremy J. went above and beyond. He spent time thinking through solutions and talking through them with me. Though he provided a quote for a partial solution and fully explained everything, he didn't pressure me to buy services I didn't need. You can tell that he cares about finding real workable solutions for customers. If I have issues in the future, Jeremy has earned a repeat customer with his relational rather than transactional approach.

We had moisture issues in our crawl space, so we hired this company to handle encapsulation. They sealed the area, added a vapor barrier, and improved ventilation. The project took about three days, and they kept everything organized throughout. Compared to leaving the space untreated, this has made a noticeable difference in air quality inside the house. It also helped reduce that musty smell we used to notice. The team explained each step clearly, which made the process easier to understand. It feels like a long-term fix rather than a temporary solution.

Referred to me by a friend/former customer of Crawl Space Bros - Brandon and his team were consummate professionals throughout the time we worked together. From the initial quoting process (I pulled 5 quotes for this partial encapsulation) to implementation to close out/billing and follow up - they were a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent. They went above and beyond during the installation, even extending my vapor barrier farther up the walls of my crawl space than is typical for a partial encapsulation- just because that was my preference. This is a fantastic group - I wont hesitate to work with them again.

From the initial meeting with Matt to meeting Jose and Jonathan the installers the whole company was very professional and responsive to my questions. After the work was complete I actually crawled through out the entire crawlspace and their work was absolutely outstanding. The final icing on the cake was the follow up walk through with Trevor who was again very professional and informative. The overall experience was one of the best I have had with hiring a contractor to perform work on my home. These guys rock!!! 😊

Crawl Space Brothers replaced the vapor barrier beneath my house recently. I appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” me on more expensive solutions or unnecessary equipment (I.e. sump pump) like other companies did. They were fair and honest. The work was done by a crew of friendly, efficient and professional people. All trash and debris removed. They also put insulation back where it had come down in a couple places. Very pleased with the results. Thumbs up!

Every crew in every aspect of the process was phenomenal. The work done was top notch and I truly appreciate the efforts. They have a superb team of wood workers that came in to replace some rotten structural and they crushed it. Sorry guys, I cannot remember all of your names. Hats off to you three! The encapsulation techs Leonard and Scott attacked the crawl and ended with a super clean installation of material as well as sump lines and a dehumidifier. I'm in crawlspaces for my job as well, so I've thoroughly examined the work and am very pleased. David in sales, thank you sir. Overall, a good experience! The crew for the service call took care of the excess water in my crawlspace, resecured a drain line, and added new floor lining to the affected section. Oliver, the manager, explained the work and pricing once the crew lead inspected the problem. There was a small mix-up with scheduling — I wasn’t totally sure if Oliver or the crew was coming out and the timing got a little confusing — but once they were here, everything went smoothly. The work looks great and I’m happy with the results. Would recommend them!

Oliver and his crew did an amazing job! My house was built in 1970 and had over 50 years of cobwebs, lint, and dirt in the crawl space. The team thoroughly cleaned the space and did an excellent job of encapsulating the floor and walls. My humidifier works great and I love the small, portable monitor that I placed on my kitchen counter. Oliver taught me how to read the monitor and gave me his number to call should the humidity levels move out of range. I noticed immediately after installation that there is less dust and spiders, and more importantly, no critters in my house. One last thing, they did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done . I highly recommend them!

I recently had work done by the Crawl Space Brothers on my crawl space and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The crew was efficient, respectful, and got everything done quickly and within budget. I really appreciated that their warranty didn’t require signing up for an annual maintenance plan — that’s rare and shows confidence in their work. Trevor, the project manager, was incredibly patient with me (I think I missed every one of his calls!) and still took the time afterward to walk me through the completed work in detail. He explained how to monitor and maintain everything so I feel confident moving forward. Overall, I highly recommend the Crawl Space Brothers for anyone needing crawl space repairs or improvements. Excellent service, transparent pricing, and a genuinely professional team from start to finish.

Shout out to the techs that did my encapsulation, Devon Collins and Daquan Boyd. They were quick, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and most importantly went above and beyond for us to make sure the job was done right. Devon texted or called me every morning on his way to the job, walked me through every step of what was being done and answered every question I had, and trust me I had a lot. He made sure everything was done to the highest standard and made it clear that if I needed anything he was ready to handle it. I can not recommend them enough. Also, a shout out to David Moriarty who did our quote, he was straight forward and did not try to bs his way to a sale. He made great solid suggestions on what should and could be done and tried to save us money at every turn. I am having more structural work done by this company soon and will post a further review when that is completed. Edit: I had the additional work done and it was handled very well. Unfortunately I did forget the technicians names but their supervisor Daniel said they were the best jack crew he had and I believe him, they were fast, effective and extremely professional.

Friendly and considerate staff. Completed my project and cleaned everything up. Oliver was exceptional, seeing the project through from scheduling to completing the work. The pricing was very reasonable. I had gotten quotes from 8 other companies prior to contacting CSB. They were respectful of my needs and budget, willing to do the most critical aspect now and allow me to reach out in the future when I am ready to take on the rest. I will be utilizing their services again and highly recommend them.
