Standing water in the crawl space
An interior French drain collects groundwater along the foundation, and a sump pump moves it out from under your home.

Water around and beneath your home needs a planned way out. We find where it collects, then recommend the drainage, pumping, and humidity control your crawl space, basement, or foundation needs.
Start with what you’re seeing. Each problem points to a different part of the water’s route.

Interior drain tile carries seepage along the floor perimeter to a sump system that pumps it away.

Underground downspout extensions carry roof runoff to a planned discharge point instead of emptying it next to your walls.

Vent wells and egress drains protect low openings from soil and debris and give surface water a route to drain.

A HumidiGuard dehumidifier, paired with a vapor barrier or encapsulation, controls the moisture you can’t see.

“Overall, a good experience! The crew for the service call took care of the excess water in my crawlspace, resecured a drain line, and added new floor lining to the affected section. Oliver, the manager, explained the work and pricing once the crew lead inspected the problem. There was a small mix-up with scheduling —…”

I'm pretty happy with the work and price. Both the sales rep and installers showed me pictures throughout, and kept me up to date with the progress. The electricians they use are outsourced, which may have been the cause of a little confusion for my installation job. Our sales rep, David, was great. He was laid back and didn't push unnecessary solutions. In fact, I even ended up calling him back after a particularly bad storm so I could add more drainage and sump pumps to my quote. There was an unexpected change in scheduling, so my crawl space was started and finished a week earlier than scheduled. That was an improvement for me, since I work from home with a flexible schedule. The only downside is that I didn't hear from the electrician until I called the CSB office two weeks later (assuming the scheduling conflict was the initial issue). Our installers, Devon and Daquan, were excellent. They were very professional and kept me informed as they progressed. Devon even warned me that there may be some confusion on the electrical side due to the change order. That warning came true and was able to be resolved the same day, so shout out to Devon for seeing problems before they happen. The electrician, Cody, was great as well. There was a small mix-up with the number of outlets needed, which he resolved immediately. It has only been a few weeks since the installation, so I'll update this post if I run into any issues.
We are in a low spot in our neighborhood and had our ductwork destroyed by a big rain. The Crawlspace Brothers installed two sump pumps, a dehumidifier, a French drain around the interior of the crawl space and did a full encapsulation at our home and I could not be more satisfied with their work. It is dry under there now after more rain and the humidity is low. Throughout the time they were working under the house, they were on-time, very professional and just did a fantastic job. Thank you, Crawlspace Brothers!
Crawl Space Brothers did a drainage system with sump pump in our crawl space. Devon Collins (foreman) and Daquan Boyd (co-foreman) installed and completed the work on this job. They were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered. They are knowledgeable, knew what the job entailed, explained everything prior, during and after completion. They took pictures as they progressed so I could see what was being done. They are extremely polite and actually listen to you if you have questions. And even though the crawl space was a muddy mess they did not complain. I truly appreciate those guys, wish the best for them, and hope the Crawl Space Brothers knows what an asset they are to their company. Thank you for helping us with our drainage issue.
Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated my crawl space several years ago (including installing a french drain, sump pump etc.). They did good work initially and have been readily available to address maintenance issues that have arisen since then.
When moisture became a significant problem in my condo's shallow crawl space, Scott from Crawl Space Brothers provided a thorough assessment. I appreciated his expertise and had confidence in his proposed solution. Brandon and his team installed a vapor barrier, drains, two sump pumps, and a dehumidifier. They were courteous and professional. Brandon explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. I'm pleased with the results. I strongly recommend Crawl Space Brothers in Greenville for their reliability and quality workmanship.
